Beautiful Words

Beautiful words stir my heart. I will recite a lovely poem about the king, for my tongue is like the pen of a skillful poet.

WHY, GOD ??

WHY, GOD??Though not always be spoken,  if we want to be honest, we oftentimes asking “Why” right?  When we more heartily to God why the problem precisely came? When we really willing to repent, why the temptation stronger pulling us? Why when we are obedient and stepped, we have more and more challenges in the way we’ve been through and make us doubted whether we really listening God’s voice?  Although we have prayed sincerely, nevertheless why the illnesses from those we love do not heal? We’ve served faithfully and try to live right, but why our prayers still not answered? So long we live in the struggle and cry out with all our heart, why not also get a breakthrough? Why does God allow good people experience bad things? Why, God? Why? You could elevate the list of “Why” with your own version.

When the entire Why” was crossed….. Maybe with our knowledge of the God’s word, we can say that:

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)

It is so easy to say this word, isn’t? But once again if we want to be honest… Is it true that statement came out of the bottom of our hearts with comprehension, acceptance, and a sincere belief??

Job was a godly man, honest, feared God, and shunned evil (Job 1:1). Even God himself with proudly commends Job in the front of Satan (Job 1:6-8).  What else is less? There is no reason for Job mired in problems, right? But what then happens is that Job suffered very severe problem. He lost all his children and all his wealth in just one day! Not enough, her whole body was filled with itch and disgusting sores. Followed later he was abandoned by his wife and his friends.

What is the God’s reason allowed Job suffered it all?

Is not God proud of Job? God loves Job?

What kind of love which to let a loved one suffered such a wrenching things like that?

We all know the end of the story of Job. After going through the entire painful and severe inner struggle … Finally Job can say: My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you” (Job 42:5)

God restore double all things which missing from Job, even the Lord blessed the latter part of Job’s life more than the former part (Job 42:10, 12).

The story of Job is the story of Why” that ultimately we know the answer.  But, there are so many of “why” in our lives that until now we do not know the answer or even until later we return to the Father’s home.  Then… if we allow ourselves to lose our trust in God because the things which we do not understand?  Do you believe that God did it all based on love?

If you are experiencing something and do not understand why all should happen, just believe that God loves you and He always has a wonderful plan for you.

trust HIS heart

Question “why” is one form of incredulity to God and it slowly but sure will take us to the brink of bitterness and eventually will more make us apart with God. The potent weapon to avoid it all is having Big Faith to God. Another stunning post of you. Odaijini.

Sella, this is so true. As humans, we cannot begin to fathom God’s reasons. He does not think or act inside our box of logic, yet we try to lock Him up inside and demand answers contained within human reason. If we have faith in things we do not see, we must also have faith in things we cannot grasp with our minds. That, after all, is the definition of faith.

Terrific blog you have here – and a beautiful middle name, too! 🙂

    Hi Sella
A great post indeed. And you are so right! We have all these “why’s” for God! Why this God, why that God, why not God? The list goes on and on! Our job is not to know the “why”. We are called to trust God. As hard as it is, we are to put aside the “why” and trust Him.

What you shared about Job really impacted me. So much happened to him. But he never gave up. Things were really bad, even to the point of having no one! But he still trusted God!

Thanks for sharing that Sella! And thank you again for mentioning my post. I really appreciate it.

    Rolain.

we definitely cannot reveal What is God’s plan for us. we just need to trust and obey that every single God’s plans and promises is always the best, even though we should to experience severe adversity and suffering. Very encouraging post 🙂 let’s start to not asking “why” but let’s start to say ” God, I am grateful for everything what You have done to us” Have a blessed evening. God always be with.
